Tartufo Bianco d’Alba DOP

The truffle is a mushroom that grows under the earth and exists in two varieties : black and white. The white truffle of Alba, which is a town in Piedmont, is a product with a protected denominiation of origin. Very valuable and reknowned all over the world, it is a perfect pairing with simple dishes, for example fried eggs, beef tartare, Fontina cheese fondue or Tajarin, thin noodles typical of the Langhe region.
