Toma Piemontese DOP is a hard cheese, produced in Piedmont and aged between 20 and 45 days. This cheese is suitable to be eaten alone, on a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by a glass of wine, and also as a garnish for fresh pasta.
