Piadina Romagnola IGP

The Piadina Romagnola IGP or the Piada Romagnola IGP is a traditional Romagnola specialty, prepared with salt, water, lard and wheat flour.

The production area includes several towns in the provinces of Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna, Rimini and Bologna, in Emilia Romagna. The piada has a round, flattened shape, white-ivory color, with amber spots of different tone and sizes, small and homogeneous, on both sides.
