The Coppo Piacentina DOP is a dried and aged sausage, produced in the province of Piacenza. Its slices are a red color alternating with the pink-white fatty parts. The taste is soft and delicate, which is refined with maturation.

Ideal as an appetizer, it goes perfectly with the DOP wines of Colli Piacentini.
