Extra-virgin Sabina DOP olive oil is considered to be the first Italian DOP olive oil, since it was the first to obtain certification. It is produced in Lazio, between the provinces of Rome and Rieti. It usually has a yellow gold with green reflections and a fruity, sweet and aromatic taste.
