Technical workshop reserved for sommelier students from the École des métiers de la restauration et du tourisme de Montréal, featuring Sangiovese di Romagna and Lambrusco wines.
The workshop will be moderated by Guénaël Revel, historian and wine columnist.
Wine tasting evening : Lambrusco & Sangiovese di Romagna
A seminar and dinner for ICCC wine lovers, featuring Sangiovese di Romagna and Lambrusco wines, as well as wine and Emilia-Romagna specialties pairings.
The evening will be moderated by Guénaël Revel, historian and wine columnist.

The workshop will be moderated by Romain Gruson, experienced sommelier and sommelier professor at ITHQ, former president of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers in Quebec (CPHA-Qc) and Vice-President for Canada from 2013 to 2017.

Accredited agencies are invited to meet 10 wine producers from Calabria, who are looking for representation on the market.
Media lunch and technical workshop featuring wines from Calabria
Media, bloggers and influencers are invited to a luncheon featuring wines from Calabria, moderated by Jacques Orhon, writer and maître sommelier.
The luncheon will be followed by an interactive technical workshop on the wines form Calabria, with a presentation by Gennaro Convertini, Presidente of Enoteca Regionale Casa dei Vini di Calabria.

Cocktail dinner for ICCC members, partners and clients, where all the richness and gastronomic diversity of Emilia-Romagna will be celebrated.
This evening will focus on the typical specialties of the region : Prosciutto di Parma; Mortadella di Bologna; Parmigiano Reggiano; Aceto balsamico di Modena; Lambrusco and Sangiovese di Romagna wines.

During a luncheon, the province’s wholesalers and travel agencies, as well as travel enthusiasts, are invited to discover all the charms of Calabria, a new destination for experiential and eno-gastronomic tourism.

The travel agencies of Simpatico Tours are invited to a presentation of the new “Wine and Travel Italy packages”, which offer visitors the opportunity to explore all the charms of Calabria, through wine, food specialties, the territory, its inhabitants and unforgettable experiences.
Prior to the presentation, guests will have the opportunity to taste Calabrian wines, offered by the producers on site. The presentation will then be followed by a cocktail dinner featuring the tastes and flavors of Calabria.
Wine and Travel Italy celebrate True Italian Taste : Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Calabria
As part of the IV Italian Cuisine Week, restaurateurs, importers and hospitality representatives are invited to a conference given by world-renowned philosopher and writer Fulvio Caccia entitled: “Italy’s contribution to the evolution of Canada’s taste”.
The conference will be followed by a masterclass on extra virgin olive oils typical of Calabria, realized in collaboration with Coldiretti Calabria, and moderated by Maria Grazie Lemme, certified olive oil taster and Jury member of the Olive d’Or Competition – Sial.
The evening will end with a cocktail dinner featuring the tastes and flavors of Calabria.

Lecture by World-renowned philosopher and writer Fulvio Caccia entitled “In vino veritas: the diversity of culture” with speeches by Gennaro Convertini, president of Enoteca Regionale Casa dei Vini di Calabria and Francesco D’Arelli, director of the Italian Institute of Culture in Montreal.
The conference will be followed by a tasting of wines from the Calabria region. La conférence sera suivie d’une dégustation de vins de prestigieux domaines viticoles de la région de Calabre.
