The Cantina di Carpi and Sorbara is a cooperative with 1200 members, five crushing plants and one bottling plant. The production focuses on different types of Lambrusco: Salamino di santa Croce, di Sorbara, Reggiano, Mantovano and Grasparossa di Castelvetro.
