Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP
Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a condiment made with grape must and wine vinegar, aged in wooden barrels for a variable period. It is produced exclusively with grapes of the Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni varieties.
It looks clear and bright, with a delicate, persistent, pleasant and harmonious scent. It presents an intense brown color, with a bitter and balanced taste.
This product is extremely versatile and goes perfectly with a variety of dishes, from cooked and raw vegetables, to meats and desserts.
