Mortadella di Bologna PGI is a delicatessen produced in an area that includes the regions of Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Tuscany, Marche, Emilia Romagna and Lazio, as well as the province of Trento. You can recognize it by its distinctive pink color and its spicy and intense perfume.
It is generally eaten in thin slices or small cubes, with traditional bread.
