Formaggio Castelmagno DOP

Castelmagno is a Piedmontese DOP cheese, produced in the communes of Castelmagno, Pradleves and Monterosso Grana. A semi-hard blue cheese, it is made with cow’s milk, to which goat or sheep milk is sometimes added. It is traditionally used as an ingredient for the potato gnocchi, risotto or polenta.
